Case study
Case study: a UGC suite that captured the real guest experience in Antigua
The resort had beautiful brand photography. What it did not have was content that looked the way a stay feels - the kind a younger, digitally native guest actually saves.

A premium Antigua resort came to us with a familiar gap. Its own channels were polished but static, and its audience was ageing with its photography. The brief was content that felt like a stay rather than a brochure, aimed at a younger, digitally native audience deciding where to go from a saved folder of Reels.
What we did
We produced a full suite of user-generated content capturing the authentic guest experience: sunrise views, room tours, family-friendly activities and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the service and amenities. Everything was shot the way guests actually experience the resort - first light over the bay, the walk to breakfast, the pause at the cliff edge - and licensed so the resort could run it across its own social channels and marketing.
- Full UGC suite: photo and short-form video
- Sunrise views, room tours, dining and activities
- Behind-the-scenes service and amenity coverage
- Licensed for the resort's owned channels and marketing
The results
- Full UGC suite
- Photo & video delivered
- Owned channels
- Licensed for resort use
The resort now runs creator-made content across its own feeds - material that looks like the experience it sells, made at a fraction of a production shoot's cost. If your property's content does not look like the reason people book it, a UGC suite is usually the fastest fix. Get in touch and we will scope one for you.
